Introducing Photoshopped.nl
Just to learn the Flickr API, I created a website displaying a random photo with the tag ‘photoshopped’. Simple but fun.

For the english readers: This is a Dutch explanation of a Peepeled Hatchkruml.
This update fixes loading bitlbee_tab_completion.pl from the autorun directory. The completions weren’t fetched when using the ‘channel sync’ signal.
Thanks to both Florian Wiechers and Ahmed El-Mahmoudy for sending me a patch separately.
Download bitlbee_tab_completion.pl.
Go to the Irssi Bitlbee project page for more information.
Here a screencapture explaining the process of adding a YouTube movie to a YouStickIt post-it note. Spread the word!
Back in 2005, I started with my first version of a “Sticky Notes Guestbook”. All the JavaScript mousehandlers where written by myself. I really hated making it cross browser compatible. Until I discovered Prototype and Scriptaculous! From then on I turned YouStickIt into a solid Web 2.0, Ajaxable, fully buzzwordable compatible web-app.
New features:

There is also a gadget which you can add to your own website:
Hyves made some changes regarding their chatclient (Kwekker). The client makes use of the jabber protocol.
A year ago I blogged about this already. To view the changes go to this blogpost again. The number of supported features are increased. Read it here:

Yesterday (or another day, dunno) Hyves launched a chat application called Kwekker. Because I use either Linux or MacOSX I was not able to connect to the server. At least I thought I was!
netstat showed me I was connected to 85.17.63.106 on port 5222. That looked like Jabber to me
. I just connected with the following settings:
Use one of these servers:
* chatslave1.hyves.org
* chatslave2.hyves.org
* chatslave14.hyves.org
* chatslave15.hyves.org
Port: 5222
Username: tijmenenski@hyves.nl (my hyves account is tijmenenski.hyves.nl )
Resource: desktopClient
Password: I’m NOT going to tell you!
Login and enjoy!
